Having the Ballistic Weave perk locked into the Railroad faction questline is extremely irritating, it locks out that Perk for anyone doing an opposing Factions' questline. It would make far more sense to put this perk unlock into the Silver Shroud questline or to make it available through any faction, not to make it exclusive to the RailRoad so if you don't read a wiki on it ahead of time you end up SOL.

Get serious. Not going to happen. If you don't go with the Railroad you don't get ballistic weave. That's a choice and a consequence. Enough of that is gone as is.

you can get the weave perk without compromising your loyalty to other groups just work with the rail road till you get it you just need to do the quests for pam to get it and put up some probs for tinker tom just stay away from railroad main quests line
