I'm starting a new save file, and want to hold of on installing Automatron until I get a little further in. Still, I'm planning to build towards being able to craft all components in the Robot Workbench.

What are all the perks and perk ranks needed to do this?

It's really mixed. You need a bit of everything but it depends on the kind of bot you want.

Armourer for armour, Blacksmith for melee hands, Science for lasers, Robotics Expert is needed for a few things here and there, etc. etc.

I think it's all the crafting ones + science and robotics. That's how I created my character and I can craft everything for my current level.
