I am currently unable to complete Randolph's Safehouse; the quest marker is not being displayed and even if I clear it it still goes as waiting to be completed.
I contacted support who "Resolved" it with the answers of ; Reload, reboot, restart, go to a previous saved game. Unacceptable and it isn't resolved.
Please correct this and other issues.
To the community; While any game publisher might try and correct any and all issues when a game gets released to market the support for bugs is slow and sometimes they do not work. Quality control issues? I don't know but when bugs like this happen the question is why is it happening to me but not someone else. Perhaps it is our playing style or just poor programming and quality control. At some point a publisher may move on to their next IP (Intellectual Property) and then the support stops and the bugs continue. With us users of these bits of entertainment there is little to no recourse. Yet there is a recourse, get on your favorite solcial media such as twitter and when a publisher comes out with a new installment of your favorite game do not given in to the cycle of purchasing something then dealing with the bugs later. Heck even Microsoft users know - Don't buy the first generation of a new OS give it a bit of time. We as a community need to start that sort of thinking and we need to push back. Company X lets it be known that a new game is around the corner we start with things like #BoycottXHollyWidgets5. If you go to those big game shows and they start talking new products let your voice be heard; NO we are not your Beta testers; we are game players who feed your industry and we're tired of having to spend many hours working around bugs. Go to review sites and post coments like Do not buy until they fix their previous games or wait until 6 months have passed before purchasing a game. For example I have Skyrim, I have a list of things not to do in the game but sometimes something else comes up and bam, a bug hits.
Well that's enough for now, I hope that in the future bug fixes do fix things and don't break things further. I wish there was a way I could get my console to spew some logs to send to Support so they can go ooooh that's what's wrong. But until then, I know I'm getting tired of feeding the pig.
