New Save Issue

Post » Wed Jul 07, 2010 7:45 am

So I cannot load any saved game now since patch. The multiple saves I created as well as my quick/auto give me the same error now. The error I'm getting is "This save relies on content that is no longer present. Some objects may no longer be available. Continue Loading?"
When I choose to continue load I see my AP/HP bars, but the rest of the screen is black and the game ends up crashing. Anyone else have this issue?

Did you reinstall the game at all?

No, I haven't reinstalled. I was hoping for a fix rather then have to redownload/reinstall. Using the steam version. Almost wonder if the whole Caravan DLC pack that came with the Pre order has anything to do with it.

Is your Caravan Pack .esm still activated in the Data Files?

Yeah, I thought you might have reinstalled and just didn't download the DLC again. Make sure the content is enabled in the launcher too. Have you put any mods onto your FO: NV?

Yeah, I've also tried removing it as well just toying around with things. Doesn't change whether it's activated or not.
No, no mods have been added. At a loss! Made it up to level 11 and was having quite a bit of fun. I guess I'll be forced to restart.
