Some of my settlements dropped from 80~ to 50~ but I am not sure if this is due to glitch, robot or constant enemy attacks.

I even got attacked by few Yao-Guais lately.

I have noticed the same thing. I have also noticed when placing shipments of junk in my workbench they do not break down. I have to drop them and scrap them. Of course this may have nothing to do with Automation and could be a result of patch 1.4.

It is because of 1.4 they disabled that function of shipments to prevent console players duplicating the resources.

Settlements with Bots, like GreyGarden, tend to stay around 50 Happiness.

But, once you get the achievement...well, I don't worry about it anymore as long as it is 50, or above.

robots always have a happiness of 50%, it won't change.

so, the more robots you place into a settlement, the lower the average happiness will be.
