I have searched everywhere and cannot find a mod that adds new NPC snow elves to the game without them automatically being followers or the mod only adds single NPCs.

I would love a mod that adds a quest that you could get from Knight-Paladin Gelebor to help him search for the "splinter groups" of Snow Elves he hopes are still alive. The splinter groups could be dotted around Solstheim, the Dwemer ruins and Falmer-ridden caves.

This could potentially lead to the Forgotten Vale being rebuilt as the Safe Haven for the elves it once was and could add hours of new game-play.

I would create such a mod myself but i'm not very good and don't have the time so i thought i would just put my idea out there and see if A) anybody was interested in working a mod like this. B) There already is a similar mod that i haven't been able to find for some reason. Or C) anyone had any other ideas to add to this.

I don't think there is one, It'd be hard to make such a quest mod since there was a few Snow Elves mechanics in the game.
