Whenever I start Skyrim in full screen made the screen constantly flickers. It happens upon opening the game at the Bethesda screen and in actual game play. The game runs smoothly but this is the only issue. The frame rate is fine and graphics are fine, it just constantly flickers. it doesn't do this on windowed mode and it has never done this before. i have tried validating the files on steam but it didn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!

try deleting ini files and let the game regenerate fresh ini files and check again if it solves problem.

all ini files. those are located upon immediately opening the skyrim folder?

INI files are located in the Documents\My Games directory

C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\Skyrim
