Places you hate the most.

Which places you like and which you hate most. (in fighting quests)

Generally i like the forts with bandits, the ancient nord ruins, the towers (in civil war) the caves.

Places i tend to HATE are the falmer ruins. Very big, usually nothing interesting (in loot, in enemies) pretty much empty, too many stairs, too many puzzles (you have to press 5-10 levers per place) generally ugly. I tend to run avoiding the enemies til my stamina is out, or even using consoles to walk through doors. Also the enemies are monotonous. If i fight with dwarven centurions i will fight the thing for 1 minute, because it is durable and dangerous and pretty much get nothing. If i fight with a strong bandit leader, he might easily kill me, but when i kill him i know, i can get sweet loot to sell or to use.

What places do you like fighting and when do you avoid a place?

I love the big dwemer ruins. Best dungeons in TES since Daggerfall. The 'puzzles' are a bit of a let down, but at least they're something. Some of the Forsworn Redoubts are really well done too.

Can't think of any places offhand I avoid. I don't go out of my way to enter the forts. Generally not enough in there to make it interesting for me.

Using consoles -.-

Because I hate one place doesn't mean Im gonna use console to avoid it.

Hating or loving places, quests etc is part of the game experience, and it's often those that you hate become the most remarkable ones for you.

To skip that part of the game is just like not playing it.

I know, i choose to avoid that part, since after playing 560 hours (and about 50 of them in those spots) it gets boring a lot, i have to wander too much for little reward (most objective, like items, and fun)

Only 560? I can't say there's anywhere that I hate, though. Definitely dislike Forsworn camps, but, the challenge makes it fun!! :goodjob:

I'm starting to dislike Dwarven ruins and Draugr tombs for the same reason after 1100 hours in Oblivion I disliked Ayleid ruins, I'm ready for the next TES game.

Forgotten Vale, i suffered Serana for a very long time just so i don't have to go back there and finish that quest, an entire game area that acts as a single dungeon, it's impossible to navigate, i can't count how many times i took a wrong turn and had to backtrack.

Markarth and Soul Cairn are my two least favorite places in the game.

Love: Dwemer ruins. I have loved them since Morrowind. They are my favorite dungeon type in the entire Elder Scrolls series.

Hate: forts. I have always disliked forts in all of the Elder Scrolls games. I don't like Imperials or anything having to do with the Empire so forts are my least favorite places to spend time in all these games.

I like areas that have the most personal touches to them. Examples include Robber's Gorge, Valtheim Towers, Red Eagle Redoubt, Mistwatch... Generic forts and caves that are basically just copy and paste efforts don't really interest me.

Solstheim is good for unusual and interesting dungeons / locations.
