Whiterun bounty quests stopped . . . : V

Anyone encounter this issue? My current character has gotten the Redoran Retreat and Silent Moons camp quests and completed those, but it's been weeks in game and none of the innkeepers or the steward are offering work in Whiterun hold anymore. Other holds are still offering work and other characters on the same load order have gotten all four Whiterun bandit bounty quests. The only change to my load order since then has been an update to LAL, but I don't think that would cause this issue.

Any ideas?

There's a very similar bug concerning Whiterun quests mentioned on the discussion page for http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim_talk:Radiant on UESP.

Check over your MISC quests section and make sure you don't have another bounty quest already active, you can only have one quest of the same active at a time and if you have one ongoing already the relevant quest givers won't even have the dialogue option show up.

Not sure what else to tell you, never seen that issue myself.

Yes its a random quest driven by the story manager, change location event iirc. If one of them is stuck it'll stop the others from firing I believe. Take a look at the list of quests on the Whiterun branch and type sqv questname and see which one is still running, then stop, reset quest etc should get them firing again.
