I'm not sure what's going on. Eli's Coffee - it works fine in for instance Pinecrest Estate; go to an inn, copy the holder and the coffee pot, take them "home", put them where you want them. The Coffee Pot shows up fine, and works fine.

But in Lakeview (and the other Hearthfire houses), the Coffee Pot when dropped from inventory "installs itself" in the floor between the fireplace and the table (and this is true even if you drop it upstairs or in the basemant), and becomes immovable even though I have it selected with Jaxonz Positioner. This repeats over and over.... if you do get it to move, it works until you go through a load door, or load a save - and then it's back in the floor.

The thread on the nexus is locked, so I can't ask there. Is it possible that the HF houses are just too script-intensive to let this work properly? LOOT's sorting it about halfway down my load-order, though I've tried moving it up as Eli advised in one of the older posts - and that doesn't affect the situation at all. Neither does loading it last.

I can post my load-order if anyone wants to see it, but this is the only thing I'm having trouble with at all!
