Hermes Mora didn't appear to give me the second Dragon Control part of the shout after I finished the quest. Therefore, I cannot complete the quest line, as it doesn't seem to be available anywhere else, and he keeps stealing my dragon souls. And the black book is useless to me. I have done a lot since then, and would really rather not go back and reload that saved game. I guess I will if I have to, but...
