Time Travel, should it be outlawed?

From what I have seen and read, the effects of time travel can be disasterous for everyone whether involved or not.

So would it not make sense to pass laws against it and its development. It may also be sensible to outlaw reasearch

and the development of processes that result in accidental time travel.

I tend to agree. I especially dislike its use as plot points in books and movies. It seems like such a crutch for story telling :)

But, on the bright side, we can always time use travel to go back and stop its invention!
