So, recently I uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim on my pc to get it to stop crashing. I also unsubscribed to all the mods I was using before doing so. Now Skyrim runs perfectly, but my mods aren't working!

More specifically, they're going to the wrong folder. When Skyrim looks for stuff like DLC or mods to load, it goes to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data

When I searched for the mods I subscribed to, I was redirected to this location instead: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\123252029\ugc\referenced

In said location, all the mods are in folders labled in long numbers like 34100219713068400, or 1155422234435105704. All the folders have two items relating to each mod, such as "data.vdf" and "stronger daedric artifacts.ckm"

I don't get what's going on! How do I fix this problem?
