I make some tweaks but they dont take effect during the game the changes are saved because when i go back into the ini all the changes are still changed. So why isnt it doing anything?

What did you changed in Morrowind.ini? If it's graphics and are using MGE/MGE-XE then you probably need to re-run the distant land wizard. Of course I could be wrong.

Im trying to change the fog and sky color make under water clear stronger thunder weather things like that. even when I turn on show fps norhing happens in game.

I figured it out thanks anyway.
