I have no idea if this is a reasonable request at all, probably not, but if someone is up for the task, a friend and I had an idea for something extremely handy, a cooperative construction set, allowing two (or more) people to connect to the same mod file, likely hosted on a cloud or remote drive, or one of their computers set as the host, and they can both work independently within the same plugin at the same time from their own computers. This would allow, say, Person A to work on making a rough outline of interiors and exteriors, while Person B works on fine details and scripting, and all of their changes are shared in real time with one another, so the file is likely auto-saving every X amount of time and sending them eachothers' changes, or something, livestream of changes would be great too but probably far more intensive.

I think, if such a tool could be developed, it would be great, especially for some groups that work across oceans from eachother.

Whether or not this will ever happen, I don't know. I don't have the skill or know-how to make it happen, but someone out there probably does.
