I started the main quest after playing the game for a few days and I couldn't find jauffre at weynon priory , I found him at cloud ruler temple and I went to kvatch to get Martin and we went to cloud ruler temple to talk o jauffre he said we needed to go to cloud ruler temple and the speech by Martin and then welcoming him doesn't start. Help.
