Hello people

I had a character who progressed a lot through a lot of quests and when i was doing the main quest in Falskaar it crushed to desktop..Since then whenever i tried to load any of my previous saves for this character it was doing CTDs all the time during on start! so for me it was already like..dead .. So i have three questions:

is there any way to fix this or why does it happen? it was stable for months since i created her and i didnt add any new mods and out of a sudden it doesnt let me play it at all!.i had to make a new character from the beginning..and also since i dont want it to happen again is there some way to prevent it?

Their are many reason's for CTD... but if you have the exact same mod's...with no updates and have played for a long time with none and are now getting CTD's, I would look for an outside reason. Such as a driver update or some other kind of update that might be causing the problem.

sounds a bit like a missing master file, did you _remove_ a mod?

also, if you ctd in all your saves, it might just be some corrupted game data, tried to let steam revalidate your files?
