When playing the game water is flashing or strobing, it also produces a water splashing noise, its very annoying. The sound even occurs when I'm no where near water. Does any one know how to fix this?

Why you not lower your fps to 60?

It may solve your problem!

yeah, i'd give this a try.. Skyrim (along with many other games) has some notable physics bugs when you push it to higher framerates
