Hey everyone, after reading numerous threads on the issue of microstuttering across the web, it seems solutions are more or less guesswork.

This includes reinstalling the game, drivers, unparking CPU cores, VSync and many others. Some I've tried, others make no sense due to the OS or hardware in use.



I mostly get stuttering in dungeons when panning the camera by mouse.

Here's my hardware setup:



CPU Xeon 1231v3

RAM 16GB Crucial Ballistix

AMD R9 290 3GB VRAM

SSD Samsung EVO

Mouse Steelseries Sensei

Sound Sennheiser PC363D 7.1

Dual Monitor Setup (Game fullscreen on AOC 2795SE @60Hz)

OS Windows 10 Pro 64b



Mods in use:



Sky UI

Quality World Map

Skyrim 2K HD Textures



Disableling all mods has shown no improvement.

I can't post the DXDiag File as a spoiler, as "I'm not allowed to post links". No idea, why this is regarded a link - quite annoying.

Before I spam that large file here, I'll post when requested. (Can't upload a profile pic either, not that ir would be important. But this board is giving me a bit of a headache.)

You should be able to PM the link, then someone else can post it.

What are your framerates? If they're not a steady 60 fps you'll likely get microstuttering as the game will drop frames in an attempt to stop screen tearing.

FPS counter in Steam > Settings > Ingame > Ingame FPS counter > Top Left

Have you tried with just one monitor.

Have you using Fullscreen mode or Windowed mode. For some people like me I can only play in Fullscreen mode for Bethesda games which I prefer anyways. I tried Windowed mode and I got tonnes of stuttering. For others they can only play in Windowed mode since in Fullscreen mode they get tonnes of stuttering.
