I managed to somehow delete something in the Creation Kit. Searching the forum lead me to open my mod folder and select Details then sort by "deleted", but nothing turns up. How can I find what I deleted and fix it?

It is a wooden ramp, such as the ones used to traverse between the top and bottom of Rebelly Mine. It's just GONE, and anyone that drops down is stuck down there.

Open up the esp in TES5edit, find the cell, and remove the change. Someone can probably chime in with how to use a filter to help find it.

Did you delete it out of your mod or vanilla cell? You can use TESEdit if you're familiar with it.
