My newest character has developed a hobby of making heroes out of townsfolk - taking unlikely adventurers, kitting them out with the best gear I can find, make, and/or enchant, doing local quests and exploring local dungeons to train them (I know they don't actually "train" - it's an RP thing), etc., then letting them go to pursue their own careers (again, an RP thing).

So far I've made local legends of Erik (an obvious candidate) and Roggi (a bit down on his luck and in need of respect). However, I can't think of other candidates for my meddling character... Professional mercs and housecarls don't need my help, and though vanilla Uthgerd could use a boost to her self-esteem, I'm using a mod which makes her an adventurer in her own right. Any ideas?

Hmmm. Lessee - there's that girl in Solitude's Blue Palace.... Erdi? Is that the name? Here, what you need to do is look up NPCs on UESP - there's bound to be info about recruitables there.... Not much help sorry - but I don't do followers....

I don't know if Erdi is a good choice. She's more looking for someone to be her knight in shining armor rather than becoming one. But stop by any of the local taverns and inns and there's always someone you can recruit.
