Generating a Location ID for a World Space?

Hello,

I've been trying to figure out the hexidecimal ID of my World Space in one of my own mods so I can change something involving weathers. I learned that to find this code, you must have an ENB active, open the tweaking interface, and then look under "Statistics." However, when I do this, it shows the location ID as "00000." Which obviously isn't correct.

I tested it with locations in Tamriel and it worked fine, and therefore works properly. So, I figured it must be something with custom World Spaces. I then checked out a random location on Wyrmstooth, but somehow that had a Location ID, unlike mine.

The only thing I can think of is that I haven't generated World LOD for my custom exterior World Space. Would this assign a Location ID to my custom world? Does anyone else have any bright ideas?

Thanks.
