Edit: That was a kick in the behind again This support option requires to select a payment option but none of the 4 available options fit. I don't have a credit card registered to the account (and there is no option in account management for me to do so), i did not use paypal, have no gametime code and i am playing on pc so no xbox or playstation ID either
This is really an exercise in frustation!
Edit 2: Found the problem. Back in 2014 i bought the Collector's edition which included an early access to the five days before the official release. For this early access i received a code which i used to register the game but i never actually registered the game itself (wich as it turned out was also the reason why the account state said "trial"). After entering the registration code of the game itself i am now able to login to the game and of course i can now also access the support page .
