A simple re-deco of the "Vivec, St. Delyn Waist North-Two" cell with some scripted conveniences (Sorters, desorters, lock pick training, return ring - my usual stuff) added to the mix. Fair amount of storage and several display shelves for your trophies. Geared towards new characters or those who are doing the Tribunal Temple quests.

It's a little special to me, my first train-wreck of a house mod was an edit of this cell I made ages ago.
