[REL] LOOT - Thread #24

Post » Sun Jun 19, 2016 11:11 pm

The other tags don't pop up because they aren't (AFAIK) supported for Skyrim. ;)

I think I forgot to keep the class names for the new elements, which will probably also break loading existing data.

I'm not sure about keyboard navigation: it would be nice to have, but I'm just using a third-party element and while I could fork it I'm not sure how much work it would involve...

I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to Bash Tags, so it would be great if some of the Wrye Bash folks could chime in as to what should be displayed and what not .. in any case, here are the ones I see in LOOT (Skyrim + masterlist up to date):

Spoiler

Dawnguard.esm

Just seeing that leads me to think that autocompletion for those should be activated aswell, or am I wrong?

Regarding arrow keys, as you say it's a nice to have feature. If it's too much work though, it's really not the most important aspect.

I think Names and Stats are currently relevant. Not sure on the others with the current version of Wrye Bash, but I think v307 will have more functionality (the snapshot already may). I can't say for sure, as I really don't know enough about it.

Someone should poke Utumno or Sharlikran. :-P

Edit: Actually, doesn't Mator Smash use the new Bash Tags? Or was that going to be in an upcoming version? I haven't tried it out yet, so I'm not sure.

You're right, I checked the Bash source and there are more tags for Skyrim. I also checked Mator Smash, and it supports using the Oblivion tags.
