I apologize if this has already been brought up and/or resolved. I have already become the Archmage for The College of Winterhold. I am now going through all of the holds and becoming Thane. My last stop is Winterhold, but the Jarl will not offer the question to start the quest to become Thane. I have tried multiple ways through the console as I am playing on PC, but nothing works. Is there any fix to this bug at all? Thanks a bunch.
