I deleted all my previous Skyrim saves from my HD and wiped cache, yet when I start a new game I find several problems.


First: when creating my character if I try to scroll to any other race other than Nord, the game just freezes and dies.


Second: so I managed to create a Nord and now the sequence for the execution begins and everything seems to be fine until Aladdin shows up on top of the tower, as soon as he is about to shout, the game just freezes and dies.


I have installed all the add ons for 360 with the legendary edition and have 29 GB o free hard drive space I'm trying to fix this in every possible way but nothing seems to work.


Any advice is welcomed.


P.S. I'm desperate I'm considering just putting down the game until I get the enhanced xbox one edition.

Make sure your disc is clean and still in good condition.


Gaming stores usually offer a refurbish service if you have scratches.

I believe it is just that since I tried installing to the dashboard and couldn't even finish the installation. Thank you for your reply.
