Ultra modded Skyrim keeps crashing in Riverwood

Post » Wed Jun 29, 2016 3:58 pm

Okay, so, I've had Skyrim for a very long time on PC and have been modding it for quite some time. Back in January I got a new Custom Gaming Pc and have been messing around in some very high powered games. The problem is I just re downloaded Skyrim: Legendary edition from steam and modded the hell out of it (Around 162 mods). It worked really well in a couple of areas that I visited (Whiterun, Developers room, a couple of caves) but then as I tried to visit Riverwood walking there and teleporting, I would crash after not even a couple of steps and at best maybe a minuet of walking. I've cleaned my mods using TES5Edit but that didn't seem to help much. Any input is helpful.

Thank you

(Also I don't know if this affects other areas but from the places I've been it seems to only affect Riverwood)

to start somewhere, you can check in tes5edit if navmeshes show red in riverwood (under worldspace ---> whatever block riverwood is in ---> temporary),

also, turning on script logging might help finding the issue

So after going though both of those,

There seems to be no problem for Riverwood in my TES5Edit, Its probably there I just cant seem to find it. In other news I don't really know what my log is telling me but the last few lines before the crash seem to have an issue with an object?

are these the last entries in your log?

and did you remove one or the other mod since the save you're starting from (looks like, there seem to be a couple scripts running in your save that lost their belonging objects),

and/or did you ever try to go to riverwood loading from a new (or otherwise unmodded) game and see if it still crashes then?
