Just installed skyrim legendary edition and when i run it , for a second it is in normal fulscreen then some blue borders appear ( Cant seem to get a screenshot ) . So i tried the benable fullscreen = 1 (it stays like that) but it has no effect

I went to check the TESV.exe and it looked like it had compatibilty mode and other stuff enabled . So i uncheck run as admin , compatibilty mode and disable scaling on high dpi settings . I run the game again , and the same blue borders appear again .

Then i check the TESV.exe again and it looks like it enabled disable scaling on high dpi settings again! So i cant uncheck it ( making the file read only does not work ).

I don't know what to do , some help ?

OS:Windows 8.1

Res : 2560 x 1440

Specs : AMD fx 8350

GTX 970

8gb DDR3 1333mhz

NVM i fiexed it by changing the windows theme to a basic one , but it looks like it disables SKSE.
