I tried to play this game for a while about a year ago but because of my low end PC (P45+Ati 6950 1 GB+4 GB ram+Intel E8500 @4.00 Ghz) and maybe bad modding I had several issues. After getting sick of endless crashes I abandoned the game at level 27 and decided to play some other games. Around last november I built a new PC (Z170-P mobo+Skylake 6600k @4.4 Ghz+16 GB ram+Nvidia GTX 970) and I want to play Skyrim again, but this time PROPERLY without any issue. I also installed 4 GB patch program to address more than 2 GB, SKSE-1-07-03, SSME - Skyrim Startup Memory Editor-50305-1-8-0-0, cleaned Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn and Update esm files with TES5 Edit. Finally I corrected the load order with LOOT.

I also tried to install Enb Series Skyrim_v0279 but somehow it reduced the display quality drastically so I uninstalled it.

So.... am I good to go? Is there anything else I should add? I don't want to have the same problems again and need some advice.

You don't need any 4GB patches if you are using a 64-bit OS. What 4GB patch program did you use?

SSME is integrated into SKSE so you don't need it. I would cease to add any more mods until you've had a chance to play the game as is. Make sure this base isnt crashing.

Then add mods a few at a time and test them out. If you want to use ENB series, it's best to go find presets on the nexus.

However I am not sure if this small programme is for Skyrim or not. Just found it somewhere in my HDD. Does Skyrim need this programme to allocate more than 2 GB ram?

I'd say you should replace the USKP files with http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/. - the USKP individual ones have been deprecated for quite a while now, and many mods you may want to add later now require USLEEP instead.

Ok I will use USLEEP instead....

Skyrim should be large address aware by default. No outside program is needed.

Be sure you totally remove the USKP ones before installing USLEEP! You don't want to run them together, for sure!
