Okay, I know that us console folk won't get a free upgrade and possibly pay full price but I do have a couple questions.

1. Will Xbox 360 saves be able to carry to the XB One game?

2. Will the achievements carry to XB One game?

Saves will not be transferred. Achievements also don't carry over as the Special Edition is considered a different game (at least that's how it works on Steam). http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1604214-merged-topics-console-cant-transfer-saves-on-skyrim-remastered/ about save transfer if you want to complain or something - not that there's any point in that, nobody from Bethesda will read it, but humans seem to enjoy venting.
