I saw that 42% of users that allowed TES to examine their pc were using win 10. I allowed MS to install win 10. Skyrim did not work well. Am I the only unhappy user?

I don't think you're the only one as I know many people who frequently have problems with Windows 10. I never had problems with it myself and can't confirm these claims, though. Skyrim works perfectly fine for me.

The only issues I have running Skyrim on Win10 is whenever I try to start through the launcher it crashes. When I launch through SKSE it works fine. I know this has nothing to do with any mods, because even on a fresh install with 0 mods, it still crashed.

reinstall the game maybe ?? though i didn't had to do anything when i upgraded to windows 10 game runs perfectly for me.

Yeah. Ran perfectly from the word go after upgrade to win 10, still running perfectly with 200 mods months later.

Need a lot more information.
