I'm asking because I have this video of a show I watched but my camera on my phone isn't that good, so there's quite a bit of static noises. Also, due to where I was standing and me moving a bit, the sound isn't centered. (FYI: Sometimes it's louder in the left headphone ear, others in the right one).

I'm not good at this nor do I have the tools to properly do this stuff, so I would greatly appreciate if someone is willing to help me out with this. I would love to be able to watch the video in a more enjoyable way.

I happened to be a great video editor, but what you're describing is more sound engineering and post production video aliasing. Which I have not the tools to work with.
