Adventurers Inc. lets you found and run an exploration company, with a slew of hireable characters, improved looting functionality, and a new home base. Export tons of loot, conduct tours of cleared ruins, hire smiths, merchants, and laborers to maximize profits, and train warriors to protect them.

Scattered throughout Skyrim will be Boards of Zenithar, where you can browse local employment contracts and hire help. Use your acquired laborers and profits to expand Yorgrim Manor into a fully functioning base of operations, with a forge, warehouse, office, and employee housing.
