can anyone confirm the same issue or if it works for them? just assuming it's something to do with windows 10 but i dont know

anyway the thing is after taking screenshots I can't open them. simply shows nothing but 'we cant open this file' text in place of photo opening with paint and photo viewer says similar about it being invalid or not supported format. Its bmp so i dont know what is going on
