Hi All

I've been playing this game for a while. Until yesterday, the game was running perfect and I had no technical issue at all. However I start to have fps problems yesterday. I haven't done any change in game folder for a long while. The only thing I did was writing "pcb" to the console recently to see how it effects the game performance. I guess the problem is related to this cause I did nothing else. Until yesterday I always had 60 fps, no stutter or fps drop and the game game was running like a well oiled machine. Now, especially when I turn the direction of the player, fps drops like a stone, even down to 20. Also when the fps is over 24, screen is not as fluid as it used to be and slightly stutters. Duration of the loading saved game has extended too.

I want to learn what kind of an adjustment I should do get rid of this problem.

I am using legendary edition of the game, Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch and Unofficial High Resolution Patch are added. Only mods I am using are Pure Waters and Smart Training (added them long time ago).

I put the files in order using LOOT and I cleaned Update, Dawnguard, Heartfire and Dragonborn esm s using TES5 Edit.

My system is.....

- Asus Z170-P mobo

- Intel 6600k processor

- Kingston 16 GB DDR4 2666 Mhz ram

- Asus GTX 970 GPU
