mod add order

Post » Sun Jul 24, 2016 1:15 pm

Is there a guide to where (in general terms) to place mods in the load order? I'm using mod organizer and have an apparently stable install with the basic patches and phinix enb.

I have a number of mods and was planning on testing them 10 at a time or so. Should i being in dual sheath and perkus maximus early (which would require running the skyproc patcher every time i add mods). When i played morrowind i added mods manually and then ran through mash.

There probably are guides but the best thing to do is run Loot or Boss to automatically sort them. Afterwards you might want to run Tes5edit and manually check for conflicts.

thank you for replying wderanged. I'm using mod organizer and do have loot and tesvedit installed. When adding mods (to test for stability should i add mods like overhauls (perkus maximus), dual sheath redux, and finis first? I'm generally thinking that is true, but would require generating patches each time i add mods.
