Ok when morrowind first came out you'd go into the cd and open a file and then place it in the directory and then you could access all those files.

But in steam can you still do this if so how.....

ex-lets say i wanna use a certain bookshelf nifs but they aint in the available directory..i wanna acces the ingame resources.

You'll have to extract them from the BSA files. (Morrowind.bsa, Tribunal.bsa, Bloodmoon.bsa)
