The Mod Detective threads were started up by GrayskiesRooster to help folk find mods that are missing, hard to locate, obscure, or not available on public download sites.

This is not intended as a general inquiries thread.
It is assumed that you are trying to find a specific mod, that you have made serious efforts to look for it yourself and that you will provide some identifying information so others can help you. Or as Gren put it:

I'm trying to find the mod that was released that had new variations of the Emperor Parasols that uses a different model with the same textures, I recall the meshes being used in Tamriel Rebuilt.
