Can anyone explain me how do I check the reason for wrye bash to not install certain files?

Policy from the dawning of the era, when executable files and the like were considered risky business. Wrye Bash Team would not take the blame for the distribution of any actions possibly out of scope for Wrye Bash directives. Hopefully this will come under review soon.
