So I have created a perk that is supposed to apply a combat hit spell if the player is using a power attack. However, for some odd reason the spell is only being applied to the enemy when they are in the middle of an attack. If I hit the enemy while they ARE NOT blocking or attacking, nothing happens. If I hit the enemy while they ARE blocking, nothing happens. Anybody else dealt with this problem?
