Remember how great Skyrim was (reminiscing before remaster)

This Khajiit has been on this forum since '03, started playing Morrowind a year before. I've been through Oblivion with all expansions. I haven't finished either of the Solstheim expansions but I still cringe after an opportunity to do so. With that said, Skyrim is the first game that has removed my want for more Morrowind. I have put thousands of hours into that game, Oblivion made me go back, Dragon Age made me go back, but Skyrim didn't. I played Morrowind until 11-11-11 but haven't looked back since. I'm even playing Skyrim on the xbox360, which means no mods, and I couldn't be happier. Yes I miss the unofficial patches and extra weapons etc. but I put 100+ mods into both MW and Oblivion (especially the latter who is unplayable otherwise) but I feel no such need in Skyrim. It's a testament to the quality of this game.

I wish there was a way I could convince the family that the TV is mine to rule, this Khajiit has been sitting in Nightinggale hall for too long. I really miss this game.

Great post and enjoyable read - I agree with your points and criticisms of Fallout 4.

+ 1 - I am also "saving myself" for the remaster. I actually restarted the series by playing Arena.
