Do you want one last expansion pack for TES: V SSE?

Post » Sat Aug 06, 2016 3:11 pm

- Anyway, I was talking about 64bit in general, thinking about the 3gb ram limit of the 32bit version -

Returning to the dragons problem, in 1090 hours of gameplay I managed to miss these awesome encounters; fact is that inside cities I felt quite safe, in spite of vampires and adepts of the cult of Miraak.

Quite interesting! I had never considered the AI point of view! Anyway, I was joking on the loading screens removal through dlc. It is never going to happen, whatever the method is needed. Just... it is only my "obsession". I cannot really stand instance-fragmented worlds with modern technology anymore.

My prediction is that TES VI really isn't coming out before 2025, and in fact it could come out as late as 2027. Pete HInes insists that TES VI won't even be worked on at all in any way until both of the next two games are finished and released.

Anyway, I think they aren't going to do another expansion for Skyrim, and I think Todd Howard is mostly done with TES for the time being.

I remember being on the forums when the game came out, and from what I recall, a lot of the DLC speculation was usually wishing for Hammerfell due to Redguard getting it's trademark again, or taking the Imperial city as Emperor. I've heard complaints about the Thlamor, yeah, but never something as drastic as your suggestion, especially cause most people don't want to use summerset already, or bend canon to make a set in stone decision when beth usually avoids that. Granted, I wasn't around for most of Dawnguard and Dragonborn, so where they went after that, I wouldn't know.

Actually a lot of people do want to go to the Summerset Isles to fight the Thalmor. Of course the Bethesda Softworks forums doesn't represent every single person of the 23+ million people who purchased The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but I have read since 2012 on a lot of websites all over the internet people saying they want to go defeat the Thalmor and be free to worship Talos or whatever god they want to worship.

I think I have counted about over 400+ or so comments from websites all over the internet.

I think out of that 23+ million people who purchased The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim at least probably like 6+ million people or 9+ million people could want to fight the Thalmor whenever they want to.

If I remember correctly, in 2012 a person here on the Bethesda Softworks forums made a topic about being able to infiltrate the Thalmor embassy. To get documents then sail a ship to the Summerset Isles and get a guard or a inside person to help assassinate one of the Thalmor leaders and have Ulfrik Stormcloak be able to get ships. That he managed to get someone inside the Imperial military to agree to a fleet of ships, stealthily sailing while the infiltrator clears out any Thalmor spotters before they spot Ulfrik Stormcloaks ships to land and then the infiltrator to manage to assassinate the Thalmor leader.

I actually liked that idea a lot.

I have. Do you use fast travel at all, or much? That's how I usually get them to spawn inside a hold.

The worst part is when they spawn IN a city then decide to EXIT the city. If you chase after them (transition out of the city), there is a chance they may "disappear", or not be included in the "outside the city load info". I had that happen to me in Riften once. It was only once, so maybe it was a glitch?

To my knowledge, BGS hasn't said it's two new projects, only that it's two big projects. Whether it's new games/new IP or not remains to be seen.

Pete Hines or Todd Howard I can't remember who said it, but one of them said that it is the two new projects are the same size and scope as the The Elder Scrolls video games and the Fallout video games.

I think it was Todd Howard. And Pete Hines I think said that they are AAA video games.

I can't remember the correct order, but there was a interview with ign.com.

I saw an interview the other day where it was Todd who mentioned two projects. But yet, he also seperated TES from the conversation, when he said they just had an idea for it and need to work on the technical aspects to even realize them first. Which I assume is a new Engine.

So I don't think TES 6 is one of those two. They need a new engine for it. Or at least I hope.

I've watched some of these, thank you. Awesome. Marvelous. I really wonder why they didn't spawn inside cities during my playtime.

I voted for "don't care". I would buy it if they'd release it, which would certainly keep me around for a bit longer once the special edition comes around, but I don't spend my nights touching myself while thinking about a brand new expansion either.

Though not if it's about an army of dragons fighting a new big bad dragon. Game already features exactly the same thing, for free. :P

I voted yes, because I think it's going to be a longer wait than people realise until TESVI. So yes, MOAR SKYWIM.

I voted No, for the same reason. Don't want anything to delay TES VI.
