They're NEVER going to give us an Elder Scrolls 6 as long as they can keep feeding us the same game we've been playing for 5 years. We've got to draw a line -- no more Skyrim! We want something NEW! Are you with me brothers?

Bethesda isn't getting more money if we keep playing and talking about this 5 year old game considering we've bought it already... you okay buddy?
I can understand boycotting the remaster but there's nothing wrong with continuing to play Skyrim.
Are you with me, brothers? So sisters cannot comment?
I am with you. I want to see something totally new, although the remaster makes sense for the Xbox1 and PS4 crowd. Consoles don't last forever, and when they die, they are often replaced by newer consoles, which don't support the 360 and PS3 versions.
You needn't worry though OP. As much money as they'll make from remastering the game, they'll make even more from TES VI.
Uhm, just saying, Oblivion was milked for a while too.. Skyrim still came along.
And kind of self defeating to tell people to stop talking about a game, at that game's official forum.
you realize they make money off of the sale, not how long a person plays a game they purchased.. right?
Yeah no.....not really.I still play and sometiems talk about Daggerfall. And you don't know how capitalism works.
Speak for yourself. I love Skyrim and you can bet your bottom dollar I will have the remaster in my grubby hands on October 26th.
Sigh.... me too. (lower head sadly)
Well let me ask you this then, presuming that you've each played through the game numerous times: how does it continue to be fresh and fun to you when you've already explored every inch of the world and completed the same quests multiple times? Since it seems we're never going to GET an ES6, I'd love to share your enthusiasm. I'm hoping these "mods" I keep hearing about will freshen the experience, although I'm completely ignorant of what they entail.
Please forgive my oversight. I entreat sisters and brothers alike to join me in the struggle!
And I concur completely. My intent is to dissuade individuals from purchasing the game a second time, and by this show of apathy thusly demanding new content. Join my cause! Yours can be an important voice in the movement, Mr. ForDeath.
There will be an ES6, we just don't know when. As for your question. Roleplaying. Roleplaying is what keeps the game fresh.
I wonder if you might be willing to elaborate a bit. How do you continually find excitement in that which you have already exhaustively role-played?
Uhm... No?
Playing and talking about Skyrim has zero impact on the production of new Elder Scrolls titles and I honestly don't know where you got that idea from. It's quite the opposite actually. The Skyrim Remaster probably wasn't too much of an effort to produce, but I can guarantee you that it will net Bethesda a significant amount of money. Do you really think that Bethesda can magically conjure up TES 6 if Skyrim's popularity ceases?
I'm honestly more excited about SSE than about TES 6 at the moment, because it's actually something I can look forward to. We don't even know if Bethesda started working on TES 6 in the first place, let alone when it gets released.
In other words: I don't share your opinion and reserve the right to talk about Skyrim as much as I want. If it's so difficult for you to wait for the next TES game you could try modding your game or (believe it or not, that's actually a possibility) play a game that is not Skyrim. Morrowind or Oblivion might be a good start. Or any of the Fallout games.
