I finally have something weird to talk about with Skyrim for the first time in ages!

What is https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Cpx56k1VYAU6zpZ.jpg:large? He seems to be wearing some kind of hood item, but it can't be the Black Mage Hood because it's not on his head. I'm playing an Argonian mage/assassin and I'd really like it.

Pickpocketing him yields a blank inventory and the only mods I have are SkyUI, quest markers for the Stones of Barenziah, Reduced Distance NPC Greetings, the Immersive Saturation Boost, and the unofficial patches, so I don't have any mods that arbitrarily add extra content. Checking the changelog for the Unofficial Skyrim patches yielded nothing that mentioned giving him a hood item, and no screencaps of him in UESP have him wearing it.

That's the missing section of the male Dark Brotherhood armor. You'll notice that in screenshots without it, the red straps under it end abruptly; as well, there was a shadow where the bandolier would be.

Both the bandolier and the bandana can be seen on a http://en.uesp.net/w/images/4/40/SR-load-Dark_elves%2C_also_known_as_Dunmer.jpg.

Oh boo, so that means I'm out of luck then? :/ It'd look really rad on the lady version because the collar just looks so damn awkward without something like that.

I actually didn't know that was something that was patched, since I only play lady characters! Thanks for the help!
