I can find just about anything online that helps me with the Construction Set for Morrowind, but when it comes to those three finicky values of Ambient, Sunlight, and Fog, not even the For Dummies guide of any of the wikis have anything besides a brief description on these values.

The problem is, I design interiors and largely am guessing and testing to see what feels right. Yes, I know I can copy interior lighting for vanilla cells, but I'd rather know what I was doing so I can custom light and know what controls what. Often times the atmosphere I created in the CS will look great, but then playing in game will look terrible.

Any good tutorials for just lighting in the CS out there?
