Is alluring potion bottles as dirty as some comments say? Reports do differ...

There's on OOO version that makes the potion stats the same as OOO that I've never noticed any name mistakes or localization differences.

It's 100% clean, I just downloaded and checked in xEdit. The ESP contains ONLY Potion records, nothing else, so it definitely does not rename any cells like that comment claims, no books or shoes renamed, nothing dirty at all.
