I'm asking this because I want to play with imersion mods that put basic needs and also put a portuguese subtitle mod ( I'm brazilian ) . And it wont make sense if they disable my conquests while using this kind of mod .

Likely it will since achievements are disabled when using mods on Xbox one for Fallout 4. I believe Bethesda had to do it to get mods on the consoles, since achievements mean something on the consoles.
