I've started the College of Winterhold questline on a relatively old save, and none of the "follow me" type features (the "follow me to meet Mirabelle", the college tour, the ward lesson, and the entry into Saarthal) work.

I have used Papyrus Data Transfer to modify the save thanks to a weird error with a rune mod I have, removing unattached instances and terminating active threads. Will this have affected the game, and is there any way to use it to restart vanilla game scripts?
