You mean blank as fully transparent or full somecolor (e.g. black)?
To be honest, I think any modder should learn how to make such a simple thing with a .dds compatible graphic editor (e.g. the free paint.net).
The only thing maybe not so intuitive is that .dds sizes must be a power of 2 (e.g. 4x2, 4x4, 8x8, 512x1024...) to work in game.
In case of a blank .dds, I think 4x4 is the default size, and you should use the dxt1 format (1bit alpha/no alpha) when saving.

If you really can't do it yourself, ok, just ask, but give it a try at least, it's really simple to do

You don't need Photoshop for this... just use http://www.getpaint.net, it has native .dds support. Or Gimp with dds plugin. I prefer Paint.Net for exporting, because it creates better mipmaps than GIMP (with default settings).
